Tasting Notes
Intense, bright ruby colour, with an aroma of lush, ripe red fruit, jammy aromas, wild berries and spices. The palate is very smooth, round and polished, quite juicy, with the fruit always in the foreground, full of flavour and balance.
Vinification process
Total destemming, prolonged but gentle skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 26°C.
Aging
Part of the blend is aged in wood for 4 months.
Serving suggestions
Harmonises well with a wide variety of meats, sausages, pizza and pasta with meat.
