Vinification:
The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually into small boxes according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were picked only by grandfather Nelson and granddaughter Maria Simões. They were foot-harvested in granite presses, with full stalking for good color and aroma extraction
This wine is aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. After bottling, it remains in the bottle for 9 months. Unfiltered wine.
Winemaker's notes:
Fine, harmonious aroma, full of mineral notes and wild berries, with discreet smoky notes. Delicate tannins, with fruit present. Long, uplifting finish.
