Winemaking process: Crushing with total destemming, gentle and prolonged skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 28oC
Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. 12 months in the bottle.
Wine longevity: >10 years.
Serving suggestions: Goes well with grilled or stewed red meats stewed red meats, furred or feathered game and aged cheeses.
Drinking temperature: 18oC
