When are the wines ready for shipment?
All available wines are ready for shipment immediately. As soon as your goods have been paid for, we can send the package to you. You will then receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. You can check the status of the delivery at any time with the "tracking code" contained in it.
When will the package be shipped?
All paid orders received by us in the morning are usually handed over to DHL on the same day (applies Monday to Friday). All paid orders received by us after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
How does the wine get to me?
We pack your wines in DHL certified shatterproof wine shipping boxes. These are delivered to you by DHL.
In which box sizes will the wine be shipped?
We ship your wine in shipping cartons of 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 bottles. If possible, please order in these units - this is most environmentally friendly and reduces the risk of breakage.
Where will the goods be delivered to?
We deliver to any address in the allowed list of countries. Please check for your specific country. You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. If you want to have your wine parcel sent to your office address so that it can be received safely - no problem! You determine the delivery address yourself.
