Vinification:
The harvest took place at the beginning of September. The grapes were harvested by hand into small boxes according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard.
The grapes were only picked by grandfather Nelson and granddaughter Maria Simões. The grapes were completely destemmed and immediately pressed. This wine was aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. Unfiltered wine.
Winemaker's notes:
Mineral aroma, with a light floral note to which are added notes of sour apple and citrus fruit. Broad mouthfeel, with lovely fruity acidity, high-quality barrel notes and a very long, distinctive finish.
