Pale yellow color, intense, fresh and floral aroma with notes of citrus fruit, also hints of peach and white plum. With a good fruit sensation and freshness at the end of the mouth.
Production Process
Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing in an inert atmosphere, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a low temperature (13ºC).

Goes well with white meat dishes, fish, seafood, mushrooms, vegetarian dishes, salads and white meats.
