Aroma: Very fresh, citrus notes with a slight hint of linden, lemon balm, combined with nuances of white-fleshed fruit and a and a light touch of tropical fruit.

Taste: Shows a harmonious, fresh, delicate and soft body, in balance with a fine, structuring acidity.

Expresses a long finish of outstanding persistence.

Gastronomical Suitability

It should be served at a temperature of 10 to 12oC with fish, seafood, salads and Asian food,

or simply in good company. It is a wine that can be kept for another 5 years.
