Aroma

Quite fragrant, intense, reminiscent of orange blossom, apricot, some tropical fruit, alongside smoky notes from the barrel that add complexity to the whole

Sabor

It is full-bodied and creamy, but without losing lightness and finesse. Lemonade suggestions give it a lot of freshness and prolong the finish

Processo de Vinificação

Manual selection of grapes on a sorting mat at the entrance to the cellar. Gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at temperature of 15ºC

Maturação

Final alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels: 20% new, 80% used. Aged for 6 months in barrels, with weekly battonage

Grilled or roasted fatty fish, stews, cod. It will be perfect with oven-baked poultry or soft sheep's cheese.
