Defined salmon colour, with an expressive and elegant aroma of red fruits, predominantly cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry.
Hints of cassis and ginger. The palate is fruity, with a well-balanced combination of acidity and red fruit. Firm body and a long, refreshing, gastronomic finish.
Vinification process
Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, only 50% yield, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of (15°C).

2 months in bottle

Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany smoked fish, tinned fish, seafood, pizzas, pasta and various oriental dishes.
